Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of BORGCoach, provided by BORGcube Systems. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
1. The service
BORGCoach is an AI-assisted running and activity coaching app. It generates training plans and coaching guidance based on the information you provide and any data sources you connect.
2. Not medical advice
BORGCoach provides fitness coaching only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified clinician before starting or changing an exercise program, and stop and seek help if you experience warning signs. You use the coaching at your own risk.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old.
4. Free plan, trial & subscriptions
BORGCoach offers a Free plan and Premium, which is available as a Monthly or an Annual auto-renewable subscription. Every new account receives a free month of Premium at no charge. When it ends, Premium features that generate new coaching stop unless you subscribe, and content already generated remains available. A previously registered email address may not receive a free month; you can ask us to grant one. Eligible customers may also receive a two-week free trial of Premium with the Annual subscription; the Monthly subscription has no free trial. Apple determines offer eligibility, billing, and renewal. After the trial, the Annual subscription renews annually at the price shown unless it is canceled before renewal. Prices and renewal terms are shown by Apple before you are charged. Manage or cancel the subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
5. Connected sources
When you link a third-party source such as Garmin Connect, you authorize BORGCoach to access the relevant data on your behalf. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms. You can disconnect a source at any time.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach its security or tenant isolation, or use it to violate any law or another person’s rights.
7. Intellectual property
BORGCoach, the BORGCube mark, and the app’s content are owned by BORGcube Systems. You retain ownership of the data you provide.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BORGcube Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes related to your training or health decisions.
9. Termination
You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
